Squirrelmail Issue

Switchworks/MyCybernet Support
Hi,

I have no clue if I'm sending this concern to the right department. Unfortunately, I can't find any direct contact for support on Squirrelmail. We just found out some changes on Squirrelmail once logged in. The inbox doesn't show up, instead is has some kind of form that our customer needs to fill out. Like name, and others. I have attached a screen shot on what it looks like. Is this something that Squirrelmail requires our customers to do? A response would gladly be appreciated.

Cheers!

Please contact your provider.  See:

http://squirrelmail.org/support/enduser.php

Note that you should never fill in a form that asks for any personal
information unless you are sure about what it is for and to whom it is
going.

I suspect this is just a screen you get after a new installation....??

If that's what it is, all you need is hit 'ok', then you'll get inbox.
