Thank you, Michael.  Would you mind please changing the character set
to utf-8?  We're hoping to move all translations to unicode.  We might
do it unilaterally, but we'd much prefer if translation maintainers
made the conversion and verified that it looks OK.

Thank you very much.  We'll also need to convert all the plugin
translations.  Are you up for doing that?
